The double tubesheet heat exchanger is mainly used in the working conditions with high sanitary requirements. Its unique design makes it easy to completely empty and keep clean inside the heat exchange tube. The double tubesheet structure avoids the risk of cross contamination of conventional heat exchanger.
Working principle of double tubesheet heat exchanger
The material flows through the sanitary grade steel tube bundle, and the refrigerant or heat medium flows through the external pipeline in the opposite direction. The end of the heat exchange tube bundle is fastened with double tubesheet, which is also used as the leakage monitoring point to prevent the two-way cross contamination of the material and heat exchange medium.
Double tubesheet structure: this series of heat exchanger adopts double tubesheet structure design, so that the tube side and shell side are respectively connected by their own tubesheet, breaking the traditional tube side and shell side of tube heat exchanger share a connecting tubesheet, minimizing the risk of cross contamination, facilitating the timely detection of leakage hazards, and ensuring the safe production of users.
Full emptying design: 316L sanitary pipes are used for heat exchange, with smooth surface, straight through structure, no dead angle, convenient and thorough cleaning, and the lowest point of the equipment is equipped with emptying valve, which is conducive to the emptying of materials, cleaning water and condensate after on-line sterilization. The full emptying design can avoid the dead angle of the product contact parts, prevent the breeding of microorganisms, and is easy to clean and sterilize.
